Installation not working?

Open the PWA’s own website first, then use its install button or your browser’s install menu there. PWA Help cannot open an installation prompt for a different website. On an app-specific help page, Continue on app website opens the original site in another tab so you can return to these steps. Installing this help website would install PWA Help, not your target PWA.

Open the original app website in a full browser, update the browser, and check its main menu. Leave private browsing. An organisation’s device policy can hide installation. The app may already be installed, or the site may not meet your browser’s requirements.

A shortcut opens a website and does not prove it is an installable PWA. Some browsers can create app windows for ordinary sites too. You can still use the website, or ask its publisher about installation support.

Installation does not guarantee offline use. Offline pages, notifications and background updates depend on what the publisher built and what your browser allows. Open the app online first and check its own help.

The site may require sign-in, block automated requests, time out, or load its metadata with JavaScript. We only read public pages and cannot test your browser’s actual install prompt. Open the original site and try the instructions directly.

On a phone or tablet, use the app icon’s removal menu or your device’s app settings. On a computer, look for Uninstall in the app’s menu or your system’s app list. Removing local app data can sign you out or erase unsynced work.
